On February 2, 2006, I filled up a backpack, gave all other possessions to friends and family, and flew to the cheapest farthest place I could find. For the last 6 years I have been welcomed into the homes and hearts of people from all over the world. Now full of these stories and photos, I set up exhibits in the streets of the cities I find myself in.
Here, Berlin, I arrived in january like most places, without a place. From this the path was laid before me, I ended up in Tacheles a art building full of artists and studios there to create. I was allowed to share my work with its residents and visitors from all over the world on the top floor. In this building, on the top floor, above a door was written my first and last name, written some years before, but taken as a welcome. I leave there now friends and stories, and am so thankful to all of you there who supported me and this journey.
The photos are from year four of travel. Starting in Switzerland, then to California, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Thailand, Laos and back to California. Each photo has a rich story if your curious enough take a look at my website: nomadsight.com
