The Berlin Wall piece at the Reagan Museum in Simi Valley, California was filmed in 2009. This slab was made available to the Reagan Library by a California hamburger mogul. Several pieces, both real and simulated, are found on the grounds. This one has been "restored".
This clip is part of the projects "The Everyday Life of the Berlin Wall" and "Freedom Rocks", a collaboration between Blake Fitzpatrick and Vid Ingelevics, that examines the movement of the Berlin Wall in its fragmentary, post-1989 form, from Berlin to North America and within Berlin itself.
