Andrew (Keegan) and I (Jason Chan) talk about the various challenges we had trying to bring a Shakespeare monologue to the small screen. It was an experiment of sorts and we thought it would be fairly easy but it took about 6 hours of filming and lots of running around our estate.

The biggest challenge of course is to make a monologue, which is essentially a static piece of theatre, look visually interesting - to break it up into action. So, we tried to do this as much as possible and we think we succeeded without it looking forced.

The whole short was shot on the Panasonic GH2 with available light (street light) except for the opening shot where we used one led light in the corner. For more info click the link above.
