This is the first release from the duo, Angela P. Harris and Kit Young. In our collaboration, we seek to pursue several lines of inquiry:
Study the meta-patterning of ecologies that permeate our environment, and how they relate to the innate patterns that are built into our physiology and social structures.
How can we reinforce the circular, pluralistic, feedback driven nature of environmental symbiotic relationships and, oppose the linear, anthropocentric, and racist relationships supported by neoliberal capitalism?
What does joy look like in a time of environmental, economic, and social collapse?
What light do academic theories like enactivism, posthumanism, actor-network theory (ANT), and decolonial theory shed on what it feels like to live in the world?
Explore the concepts of Pluriverse, Multiverse, and Pocket Universes to reimagine our current reality and facilitate radical change.
The modalities of research and expression we use are written and spoken word, modular audio and video synthesis, field recordings, multimedia feedback systems, and generative media environments.
We coalesce our findings into a synesthetic whole.
