Luke James Mosher, was born in Stoneham, Mass., on Dec. 24, 1992. He is the son of David Mosher Jr. and Jennifer (Goyette) Mosher of Peterborough.
Luke played football through his four years at Conval High. He played multiple positions and held multiple records. His real passion was lacrosse. He played six years and hoped to go on to Plymouth State and play there as well. He also volunteered with Peterborough Youth Lacrosse. He did fund-raisers and community service for his school and teams. He loved extreme skiing, especially with his best friend and brother at heart, Spenser Cook. He always enjoyed hiking and hunting with Devin Dame. He was well-known for his smile and ability to make you laugh even when you were down. He had a heart bigger than his personality, which is hard to imagine.
He won "class flirt" in both the middle school and high school yearbooks, but his heart belong to Kajay Rooke. The nurses at ChaD in Lebanon said if there was a yearbook for the hospital, he would have won it there as well.
We cannot say enough to express our gratitude and love for the nurses, LNA's and doctors of Chad. After 18 inpatient stays in little over a year, a bond was created that made them family. We joke that "everyone loves Luke," but it's true he was loved by all who knew him. He made a huge impact on many in his short life. He will be missed every minute of every day.
