"What's In The Box" by Alan Nakagawa, a response to William Leavitt's Solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles CA. This was part of a Family Sunday event curated by the wulf. Nakagawa constructed a miniature theatrical curtain out of a drum with green velvet, 1970's wall paper (courtesy of Kio Griffith) and brass details. A microphone installed inside. Anyone can put their hand through the curtain and try to guess what they were touching. This is in homage to children game shows of the 1970's. Great assistance the day of the event by Mari.
