About a month and a half ago, I went with a team of five other people from Eagle Brook Church to Mozambique. It was a chance for some leadership training by the others that went, as well as to check on the progress that World Vision had made. My role was strictly as a videographer, and it was an important role, because we were going to use the footage that I got, along with some archive footage, to try and encourage more people to get involved with the work being done in Mozambique. On the weekend on which this was played, the goal was to have at least 2,000 more kids sponsored in the areas of Mozambique that EBC supports. I don't yet know if that happened, but the experience is one that I will never forget, and I hope no one else forgets about the amazing people in need across the world. Also, World Vision is awesome! :D This video was shown at the end of EBC's "Kingdom Come" weekend on June 9/10.
