Secure in Sovereign Salvation

At the end of chapter six, during God’s judgments the people ask the question about who can stand in the face of Christ and the Father’s judgment. In chapter seven, we see that the church stands before the Lord in the potency of electing grace. It is the church’s sealing in the Father’s choice in the Son’s work that gives the church stability during the tribulation. Being secured by grace is more than a biblical doctrine, it is the oxygen that the church breathes in a suffocating world. (Re 7:1-10)
