Drills that focus on improving my movement. It's too bad we didnt get the first shots in because after a short explanation of how to push it helped a lot. Towards the end I get a bit winded cause I'm out of shape but you can still see a big improvement in efficacy.
Filmed with a Kodak Zi6 (awesome cam so far) and edited with the free version of Pinnacle Video Spin (which is why the picture quality is low)
