This is a TerrorCat. Feel the fear! We built this in about 90 minutes during the Thinkering Workshop at the IIT School of Design. It all was going awesomely well, with Leslie carving foam and wiring away, Ben and I working on code and wiring, tape, etc.
The only problem with our kitty is that one wheel was taped on backwards, meaning she just went around in circles. She was supposed to be afraid of you putting your hand near her, and jumping away.
