What's poverty and what's the best way to engage with it?
These were the questions faced by students at the "One World One Tok" conference, a joint initiative of UnitingWorld and the Anglican Board of Mission. The conference aimed to challenge students from secondary schools around Australia as they faced their own misconceptions and assumptions, took part in simulation games and heard from peers who have visited communities overseas. The results have been encouraging. In this video, students reflect on what they'd already learnt at the half way point in the conference.
