On the 4th of June 2012, a not so typical sunny summers day in Glasgow the Union Jacks were flying and everyone was feeling very British not for the Jubilee but for Nicola and Stuart's London themed wedding! Having met while both working in London and recently re-locating to Scotland's capital they chose a British theme and the Queen was kind enough to grant them an extra day's bank holiday to recover after the celebrations.
Nikki had everything thought out and planned perfectly, from the old double decker red bus' for the guest, to the gift bags carrying Pimms and sweets handed out after the ceremony plus lawn games for the reception. Not to mention the breathtaking table displays and yummy looking cheese cake. They really out done themselves, but the icing on the cake was their choreographed first dance, performed to Queen's Crazy Little Thing Called Love.
We were only made privy to this moments before the couple took to the floor but what a great surprise (thanks to Alie from Blue Sky Photography for the tip off lol), the guests certainly were not expecting anything quite like it!
Thank you Nicola & Stuart for such a fun day!!!
