Duneracer Henrik May from Germany started skiing in the desert of Swakopmund Namibia 10 years ago. In 2010 he became the fastest sandskiier in the world racing 92.12 km/h down a sand dune and then got his place in Guinness World Records. Today he hires out all kind of skis to people visiting Namibia. Cross-country, alpine or even telemark-skis, in the desert!

We went a day in the dunes with him and after skiing until sunset, we agreed this was an amazing experience!
Thanks Henrik!
