This video is a compilation of a three-part piece commissioned by Mile Zero Dance in June 2020. 'An English Garden' was shown via Zoom as part of 'MZD Garden Party' – an international and live online event featuring performances from gardens around the world. The work contemplated the value of personal green spaces during the Covid-19 lockdown. Video and performance by Carolyn Deby, with various nonhuman collaborators.
