Since I started following CrossFit WODS, things have changed a lot. Among those is the attitude towards weight. I don't pay attention to my PR just because mechanics has been the top priority. Even so, I have noticed some improvement on my weight thanks to better forms and ways to use my body.

Probably, I am in the process of fine-tuning forms and then will move on to increase PRs. Let's see how this method will turn out, but right now i'm pretty positive.
