The CSIS Defense Industrial Initiatives Group hosted a speech by Mr. Gerald Howarth, Minister for International Security Strategy at the UK Ministry of Defense, titled: “Smart Defense: How Defense Industry And Defense Exports Can Contribute”. As Minister for International Security Strategy at the MoD, Mr. Howarth is responsible for international defense strategy and relations, defense diplomacy, international defense institutions and defense exports.
