First of all, I apologize for the banner on top. I am demoing this software and did not realize it would show.
... well seven airplanes left Ohio (one from St Louis first) and headed to Lock Haven, PA on a Tuesday for the 75th anniversary of the Piper Cub airplane. Lock Haven was their birthplace. It was a big deal and a fun place too. Once there, we did many fly-outs to other grass strips. One day we headed north and stopped at the Glenn Curtis museum in Hammondsport, NY and to the Glider museum at Elmira, NY. And then there was (can you say off airport?) landings.
We added an airplane and went home on Friday with eight planes, with more landings then I can count. Once we got home we found two more cubs waiting for us.
Saturday, Eastern Ohio was terrorized. is all I can say. Sunday wasn't quite as bad, but there was still a lot of local flying.
