This rare cut of West German no-wave cinema has everything you could possibly want from the mid-eighties post-punk zeitgeist, and yet remains inexplicably unknown. Which doesn't really make sense, considering that it's a gorgeous, apocalyptic narrative about terrorism through harsh noise music, starring Genesis P-Orridge, William Burroughs, Christiane F, Bill Rice, and members of Einstürzende Neubauten. Produced collectively in Hamburg in 1984 and shot in on grainy, blown-out celluloid, this is a true lost classic that's ripe for rediscovery.
