Youth Rangers enable young people 14-16 years who live in the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) to gain experience in a programme of activities featuring kayaking, caving, filmmaking, archaeology, bush-craft, ecology, rural skills and hands on conservation work.
This film is the second of series of films that will give people an insight into the lives of some highly motivated young people in the Wye Valley.
"The young people are now able to express their new found understanding of the environment and communicate this to other by producing their own film." Sarah Sawyer - Community Links Officer Wye Valley AONB
This film was created through Shoot Out (shootout.org.uk) the Rural Media Company's Big Lottery funded filmmaking project for young people in Herefordshire.
