If you are getting set to work on a goal or a project, then it makes sense for you to begin with the end in mind. The idea of actually thinking about what you will see, what you will hear, what you will feel when you've already achieved your goal. That's a wonderful idea, and what it does is it fires up your neurology, and that's a great way to get you started, and that's the key point, that gets you started. When it comes to goal achievement, the devil is in the detail, and really what it comes down to is the journey not just the destination because when you visualise the end goal, that is the destination, but in order for you to sustain motivation you need to also plan in the journey, you need to plan in and visualise that journey in as much detail as you do the destination.
