A young woman struggles with an incubus in the Old West, and tries to become a singing star in the local saloon.
Biography: Anna Biller is an artist and filmmaker living in Los Angeles. Her work has shown at film festivals and art spaces around the country, and was mentioned in Artforums Best of 1994. She is known for her use of film genres, humor, the burlesque, and visual excess to talk about female roles within culture, and for her colorful stylized sets and costumes. She received a BA in art from UCLA in 1987 and an MFA in art and film from CalArts in 1993. She is currently working on a feature-length sex comedy based on ads and cartoons from old Playboy magazines called Viva.
