Douze adolescents ont été initiés pendant 5 jours à la mise en oeuvre de différents outils de création numériques, alliés à des pratiques artistiques plus traditionnelles (dessin, photo, ombres chinoises), pour réaliser et jouer une saynète audiovisuelle dans l'installation interactive proposée par Aurélie Dumaret et Emilie Villemagne.
Au programme (chargé) de la semaine : écriture de scénario, storyboarding, dessin des personnages et des décors, animation image par image, retouche numérique, montage vidéo, création sonore, effets spéciaux, mise en scène, scénographie, contrôle MIDI et détournement de kinect en tant que capteur infra-rouge pour contrôler une marionnette virtuelle à taille humaine...

For five days, twelve teenagers have been introduced to various digital creation tools, mixed with more traditional artistic techniques (drawing, photography, backlit shadows), and have put those into action to create and play short audiovisual scenes in the interactive installation designed by Aurélie Dumaret and Emilie Villemagne.
On the (busy) agenda : scenario writing, storyboarding, characters and set design, stopmotion animation, digital pictures editing, video editing, sound design, compositing, MIDI control and kinect hacking as an infra-red sensor to manipulate a human-sized virtual puppet...
