The hugely controversial sculpture known officially as the ArcelorMittal Orbit, built on the Olympic Park, has created a storm in London.
This short film essay looks at how man has built and talked about this elemental architecture form since the Tower of Babel.
Taking the viewer inside the controversial structure for the first time, the film asks entertaining and important questions about how we judge architecture and art in a modern society.
This film was shown at the London Festival of Architecture as part of "The Art of Dissent"
