Please watch in full screen and in HD if at all possible! No music was included this time, so put on your favorite song and enjoy! If you don't have anything playing already, I heartily recommend listening to Adagio For Strings (the London Philharmonic's is my favorite version) to accompany this video. You can find that here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYX8XMFsXmQ
You can find the Youtube version of this timelapse here: http://youtu.be/m2kl2EdMTTU

You can watch the first 5 days of the Waldo Canyon fire in my previous timelapse:
My photography page: http://Facebook.com/SMPhot
My website: http://SteveMoraco.com
Shot as a series of 12,000 8MP Jpeg images on a Canon 7D with the EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. Made on a Mac using Adobe's Lightroom and Premiere. Exported in full 24fps 1080p.
The camera was placed on the deck of my family's house here in Monument, CO. It was not moved all 10 days, it was reframed a few times in the first timelapse, but this timelapse is one composition the whole time. The camera fired once every 30 seconds for all 5 days.
This video is monetized, and the video proceeds (as well as any donation proceeds) will go to help me fund equipment and food for my continuing effort in documenting the fire through personal interviews, which can now be found at WaldoCanyon.org
This is presented as a dramatic and entertaining, yet respectful educational document in view of the fact that such an event is one that involved great loss for too many, but yet is one that we all have some shared curiosity in seeing.
Thanks again to my family for carefully avoiding bumping the tripod for another 5 days, and especially mom who has been incredibly helpful in reminding me to check the camera battery even though I let it run out a few more times during these 5 days.
Thanks also and again to the innumerable caring people who are fighting or documenting this fire in their various ways for the protection of our wonderful community.
