Beyond the introduction the viewer is taken through the basic fundamentals of a beginner level Pilates Mat Class which includes: Correct postural alignment (shown Standing-then to be carried through entire workout), proper breathing technique, Spinal mobilization, engaging muscles of the "core" properly.
