This was my first augmented-reality experiment, using a combination of the FLARtoolkit and Sandy3D libraries for actionscript. On top of that, it was also an excuse to practice some really low-poly modelling (Approx 500 poly's, 256 texture). This was made before the days of Molehill and GPU acceleration in Flash, so everything was CPU-rendered, and it ran pretty well.
Ultimately pleased with how this came out. Although the texture isn't perfect, at the time I was very new to the process and didn't see how asymmetry would be a bad thing. Coding the whole thing to work in flash was also a nightmare, but a fun one!
