66 male immigrants were rescued on July 2nd 2012 from a broken sailing boat adrift for three days in the Adriatic Sea. It was the biggest group of illegal migrants to enter Croatia so far. Given the countries from which they came from, it is likely that they are in need of international protection.
I talked to them in the Jezevo refugee centre (near the capital Zagreb) where I went as a journalist. This is the first time that you can see them speaking for themselves. A man who talks is from Pakistan, 39, a father of five.
