A video wall projection in the Purcell Room, London's South Bank Centre to a new score by one of the UK's emerging talents, composer and conductor Shirley Thompson with a classical ensemble.
This piece was nerve wrackingly made on the day, after the White House's Pete Souza made available their photos available under creative commons.
Though it could have been created in sound slides, its actually made in FCP with key frames to give it some rostrum movement.
The music is live.
This constitutes one of many pieces I plan mixing videojournalism with other aesthetics, to the summer as artist-in-residence at the South Bank Centre
