In part one, Michael-Ann explores a seafood culture in one of the worlds most important seafood markets - New Brunswick, Canada.
Along this journey, she explores a sardine processing plant and herring carrier; she joins the lobster fisherman in the middle of a cold winter- to trap lobster; takes a tour in a crab plant in the north, and visits the worlds largest lobster. It all culminates to meeting local chefs who show off their talents with delicious local seafood recipes.
The unabashed and inquisitive host brings us adventure and information as she finds out more about where food comes from.
