Introducing the Children’s Fundamental Rights and Climate Recovery Resolution

During this virtual press conference on September 23, 2020, members of Congress - joined by some of the Juliana v. United States youth plaintiffs and Our Children's Trust staff - formally introduced the Children’s Fundamental Rights and Climate Recovery Resolution.

This U.S. congressional resolution recognizes the fundamental rights of children, the disproportionate impacts from climate change on youth, and the need for national climate recovery planning.
