We woke up early in the morning, after a good and relaxing night sleep in that hotel full of poetry, had breakfast and among the usual confusion of bags in the entrance hall we prepared ourselves to move towards the Erg Chebi in the Sahara desert. Sahara is the world´s largest hot desert with 9,400,000 km2, and the third larger of we count the frozen deserts of Artico and Antartida. The dunes of the Erg Chebi are placed in the northern frontier, can reach 150m high and spread around an area of 22x10 km2. Although it is a small portion of the Great Desert, it allows you to feel surrounded by him, thus tasting the flavor of his forms and blowing our souls with his murmuring. Somehow, that was what we all members of the expedition were looking for.
The recovering the in conditions for the desert was a relieve for all giving back a smiley face, especially for Miguel who was now in conditions to enjoy one of its best interests in the adventure: Driving in the dunes. And so, with that spirit and already with the fathersonian relationship hiden behind the adventure companionship, we jump to our “camel” and moved on towards the Erg, in the company of Moby (Run on), enjoying every step of the trip, with no rush to reach the end. A good illustration of how to live our LIFE. With a no-rushing soul.
