On our last leg of our journey up the East Coast, we share the story of the culmination of the ride to raise awareness and find a cure for HIV/AIDS with Kiehl's and amfAR.The third leg of Kiehl's Life Ride covered 591 miles and wrapped up in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, July 21, the eve of the XIX International AIDS Conference. 2012 marks the first time in 22 years that the Conference is being held in the United States. The ride concluded with a Gala at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts where celebrity riders such as John Corbett, Tyson Beckford, Gilles Marini, and Tricia Helfer, as well as amfAR spokesman Sharon Stone, all came out to celebrate the end of the ride and to raise awareness for AIDS research.
