This group is focused on identifying tangible pathways to enhance diversity and inclusion within our industry sector through thoughtful practices and creation of early, pre- and mid-career development programs. In addition, the group is working to ensure BIPOC, all genders and ages, people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ are adequately represented. Focus areas will include countries having an established nature/conservation filmmaking industry.
