This webinar is intended for police agencies who want to improve their department’s organizational effectiveness strategies through the use of data within the CompStat360 model. CompStat360 is a performance management tool for law enforcement agencies that fosters the use of a wide range of data to inform strategic problem solving. The CompStat360 model is distinct from the traditional CompStat approach in that it focuses on three dimensions: integrating community and governmental partners; maximizing organizational effectiveness; and preventing, interrupting and solving crime. This webinar focuses on:
1. Exploring the wellness aspect of organizational effectiveness, and both internal and external factors of officer wellness;
