In their intimate chocolate factory in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, Dana Brewster and Mark DelVecchio tend to a meticulous process of taking cacao beans through the various stages to produce fine flavored chocolate. They roast the cacao beans, break and winnow the shells, grind the nib, and refine the chocolate to produce an exquisite chocolate experience.
