Raw Cashew Hummus Recipe:

3 cups soaked cashews

1/4 cup cold-pressed olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup raw tahini

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 – 1.5 cup of filtered water

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Add more water as needed to make a creamy, smooth consistency.
