Recently, http://TheHighCalling.org spoke with Matt Barnes, Executive Director of Families Empowered, about what defines a good leader.
TRANSCRIPT: I think I would define a good leader primarily as someone who first balances their family and prioritizes their family. I can give you background on that, but I have been around a lot of leaders who do great things in their professional life and have a wreck at their home life.
So, for me, a leader is first defined as someone who has a home that is stable and consistent, a family that loves them, that he or she loves their family . . . that's kind of the prism that I look through leadership on.
