When Ruby and Lutfi Radwan started Willowbrook Farm as first generation farmers 18 years ago, their aim was to provide healthy wholesome food for their family and create a space where they could live in harmony with nature. From this good intention their story began and Willowbrook is now a flourishing multi-generational concern involving the whole Radwan family.
The Radwans firmly believe it is their duty to take seriously the role of stewardship (Khalifa), to produce food naturally and sustainably (Tayyib) – and to be grateful for the food we receive (Halal). In practice this means they adopt a responsible and holistic approach to all aspects of food production, from the farm to fork.
