I went on a solo ride up behind Ohlone College for which I had a trail game plan. However, what you see on Google Earth doesn't always match up to where you think you are when riding. I took a wrong turn somewhere and found myself on a few sweet single tracks. These were too good to be real. Fast, sweeping, rocky at times and beautiful countryside. I found myself later on coming to the outer boundary of the park from the outside of the park. At some point I left the park and was on some random trails in the middle of nowhere. That would explain the lack of people for sure.
Ultimately this was a great ride. I wouldn't mind getting lost like this more often.
I am still experimenting with the new GoPro Hero camera that I bought. Editing seems to be my biggest challenge thus far. The GoPro Hero was mounted to the top of my front fork tube. It seemed made for this location. For trail sections like this, I like this spot better than the helmet.
