Music: MOP MOP - Blue Soul (Suobho Blue Groove mix)
Bushwick, a scrappy, multicultural, postindustrial jumble of a place located at the border between brooklyn and Queens. It is a what they call a blue-collar neighborhood. You find storage facilities, warehouses and other factories. At street level it’s mostly Hispanic groceries, fast-food shops and auto repairs. But artists are there, lots of them. Rents are affordable and there are a lot of empty spaces and abandoned warehouses which screams for occupation. And these low rents were the reason why lots of young creative artists and people who think they are are moving away from the expensive district of Manhattan over to Brooklyn and mainly Bushwick.
