Sara Ludy (b. 1980, Santa Ana, CA) is a Vancouver based artist and musician whose work explores the representation of domestic landscapes of virtual and real environments. Her work draws on a variety of formats including photography, video, 3D, animated gifs, sound, digital image making and live performance. She is a member of the online art collective Computers Club and the band Tremblexy.
Ludy holds a BFA in New Media from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has widely exhibited in the U.S. and internationally including Oslo 10 (CH), Jacob's Island (UK), Klaus von Nichtssagend Gallery/Klaus.net (Online), The Sunday Painter (UK), 319 Scholes (US), Cinemateca Brasileira (BR), The Berkeley Art Museum (US), The Luminary Center for the Arts (US), Hex Gallery (US), bubblebyte.org (Online), Armory show via Rhizome at the New Museum (US), Dazed Live Festival (UK), Chicago Cultural Center (US), Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (US). Her work has been featured on Rhizome, Art Fag City, ARTINFO, VVork, The Creators Project, Today and Tomorrow, Triangulation Blog and Dazed and Confused.
Austin Meredith (b. 1981 in Birmingham, AL.) is an artist and musician currently living and working in Los Angeles, CA. After receiving a BFA in Film, Video, and New Media from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago he moved to Los Angeles where he has worked in various capacities as an editor, composer, sound engineer, director, and producer. Clients and collaborators have included artists such as Doug Aitken (Sleepwalkers, Migration, House, Black Mirror, Song1), Kerry Tribe (Last Soviet, H.M.), Sara Ludy (Tremblexy), Kenneth Anger, etc.
