This video shows the english football player Robbie Fowler and his unusual way of celebrating a goal, simulating snorting cocaine. The video was recorded on analog VHS, and displays an error in the signal, whereby an interference line looks like a line of cocaine. It establishes the relationship between football and drug trafficking, not only from the little known colombian context and its role as producer, but also from the English Premier League as a destination and goal.
The video was reviewed in the book “A line of dust. Art and Drugs in Colombia” by Santiago Rueda Fajardo. Pg 87. 2009.
