Artist interviews and demonstration of concept for WE LIVE HERE, a large-scale video exhibition of visual art created by Downtown Eastside (DTES) artists in Vancouver. Delayed due to COVID-19, this free community-based project will showcase the creation process of artworks by DTES artists, sped up using time lapse technology and projected to fit the proportions of the side of the Arco Hotel. This public spectacle offers a unique outlet of expression for artists and residents in a historically under-served and under-resourced community, taking inspiration from the phrase "WE LIVE HERE." The project is produced by Radix Theatre Society in association with the Portland Hotel Society and the Downtown Eastside Heart of the City Festival
