NFL Network's Jamie Dukes stops by More Than Football

Jamie Dukes is a regular on NFL network and is doing a lot with former athletes and others to help them lose weight. Dukes had lapband surgery and as you can see in the photo he continues to work to get in shape. In the interview Dukes talks about modifying diet after leaving football, why some guys don't want to work out. And since this was taped during last season we also talked about what was eating Chris Johnson. Also, Warren Sapp made a short guest appearance!
