Part two in a series of videos on religion and media.
Online churches have seen huge growth in recent years, paralleling the growth of socialmedia sites and tools. With the added level of interactivity that is available with these tools, communities are able to replicate more and more aspects of a traditional church. However, some necessary physical materials, through which faith can be seen and understood, such as baptism and the bread and wine in Holy Communion, cannot be physically present. This presents a potential problem for churches, and may affect a church's beliefs, whether or not the beliefs become more less grounded and real and more ideocentric and emotional.
