Jeffrey Hoffman grew up dreaming of becoming an astronaut. He ended up doing spacewalks to rescue the Hubble Telescope. On his fifth and final flight, Dr. Hoffman brought the first Torah into space, and read from Bereshit (Genesis) while orbiting the earth.
