There's nothing like an organized race to watch grass grow! In this research update, Tyler Wayland of the Texas Native Seeds Project reports on one of dozens of "seed competitions" his team is studying at the Bois d'Arc Lake Mitigation site. It's part of a statewide research program overseen by Texas A&M University-Kingsville and the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute. RES and the North Texas Municipal Water District are sponsoring the study.
