In 2030, social origin shouldn’t define anybody’s destiny. School should be the equalizer. Education should be about connecting people with the right skills, transversal skills or 21st century skills that are going to be useful for them as persons, professionals and citizens.
Education has to provide students with concrete tools to thrive in life. Education should be about connecting education with economic opportunities and connecting actors within the
ecosystem to make sure that they all work together to increase the quality of education,
and make it more relevant to the market. Education is a shared responsibility because
learning is a lifelong journey.
