This webinar series, facilitated by Community Land Scotland, will provide insight into the legal side of a negotiated transfer of land/assets and prepare groups for what to expect from the acquisition process (including pitfalls to avoid).
This 3-part online event will be of particular interest to aspiring community landowners, community groups at the early stages of considering a community buyout from a private landowner, both urban and rural, but is open to all with an interest in the subject and would be of some relevance to communities seeking asset transfer from a public body.
