ABOUT TANGO SILENT FILMS:

Tango Silent Films is a Portland-based film project dedicated to creating a series of short films inspired by traditional Argentine tango music since 2009. The films are short (7-10 minutes) and modeled after classic silent films, but with pepperings of modernity. They feature a motley cast of recurring characters who traipse through the Tango Silent Film world having adventures of love, ego and tango that are at once absurd and humorous, poignant, farcical and realistic, frivolous and profound.
